Colin Jackson Young, Boyfriend, Shirtless, and Underwear Photos. We’ve not been blogging about gay male athletes for a while now and its high time we do so.

Famewatchers, say hi to Colin Jackson. He is a former track star who set world records in men’s hurdles. He’s won a silver medal in the Olympics, three gold medals in the World Championships, seven gold medals in the European Championships, and two golds in the Commonwealth Games. In other words, he is an accomplished world class athlete who owns several medals from various competitions.

We mentioned he set world records right? Yes, he did. His 1993 world record of 12.91 seconds for the 110 meter hurdles stood for more than a decade — 13 years — before it was broken in 2006. His other world record established in 1994 — 7.3 seconds for the 60 meter indoor hurdles — is even more impressive because it was broken only a few weeks ago at the Madrid 2021 World Athletics Indoor Gold.

Gay NFL Players: American Football Pros and College Athletes. Huh, we thought we already made a list of football players (of the American variety) who are members of the LGBT community but we apparently did not. Well, it’s better late than never, ain’t it?

We begin our list with Michael Sam who, back in 2014, deserves credit as the first NFL prospect to reveal that he is a friend of Dorothy. Despite his revelation (or maybe because of it) he was drafted by the St. Louis Rams and earned the distinction as the first openly gay NFL football player.

However, his time in the NFL did not last very long. He never actually appeared in an NFL game because he did not make the roster. We think he under-performed because of the pressure he had to bear. Could he have played better if he did not come out? No one knows but he did receive the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the 2014 ESPY Awards.

Before he came out of the closet following his appointment to the U.S. Olympic delegation to the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics, the question that you Famewatchers asked about figure skating champion Brian Boitano goes, “Is he gay?” Now that we know that he is, the question that you are now asking goes, “Does he have a boyfriend? Or husband? Or life partner?”

The answer? We don’t know. He’s keeping that information private so far. But internet rumormongers (hello, us!) say that he is in a relationship.

Like in baseball, there’s really not a lot of names in this list but it’s not totally zero either. This list only includes those who are male tennis players but we will be making a list for women in the future.

Bill Tilden. He is one of the most successful men to play tennis having won 10 Grand Slam titles and ranked as the World No. 1 tennis player for six years from 1920 through 1925.
