Anyhoo, let us introduce you to our next Brazilian hottie. His name is Henry Zaga and he will be starring as Nick Andros in the upcoming TV adaptation of Stephen King’s The Stand which starts streaming on CBS All Access on 17 December.

To date, the actor has 13 acting credits to his name on IMDB the most prominent of which would be The New Mutants where he played the role of Roberto da Costa. This Marvel superhero movie could have been a starmaking turn for our Brazilian hunk but it fell victim to the COVID pandemic. It was released in August this year or at a time when a lot of cinemas are closed and when people are simply not going to the movies for fear of catching the virus.

His name is Jarred Blakiston and like Joe Witkowski, who we just blogged about, he appears in the new Amazon Prime young adult survivalist drama The Wilds.

Unlike his younger counterpart, Jarred has a more extensive resume having starred in 17 acting projects to date. These include starring as the Prince Philip/Graphite Ranger in Power Rangers Dino Charge, the Font Demon in the New Legends of Monkey, and as George Mueller in the TV mini-series When We Go To War.

Now, the cast of The Wild appears to be a female ensemble but it does have a guy candy in the person of Kiwi hottie Joe Witkowsi who plays a recurring character on the show. The young actor is a relative newbie in the acting biz and this show is his biggest acting project.

At this time, Micheal already has 12 acting projects to his name which includes the Netflix superhit The Old Guard where he played the role of Lykon as well as the critically acclaimed movie Blue Story which earned him a best acting trophy from the NME Awards.

We’re with the critics who are not impressed with the show — it currently has an embarassing 30% rotten score on Rotten Tomatoes — but we still give it props for introducing us to Rico Aragon who plays the music executive Jose Behar on the show.

Boy, did we spend our time going down the rabbit hole to learn more about this gorgeous hottie who, it turns out, is not only an actor but is also a choreographer. Damn, he’s not only hawt, he’s also got the moves as well!

Update: Oh my bad, after reading our post, Deena DM’ed us to point out that Rico is not a choreographer but is, instead, a cinematographer. We stand corrected. But we are leaving the error with this correction to remind us to be more attentive next time. Our only excuse is that we were blinded by Rico’s gorgeousness which led to the error. Haha. The Korean-American journalist joined the Eyewitness team five years ago in September 2015 following stints with News 12 Westchester/Hudson Valley where he worked as a reporter and with NY1 News where he was a photographer and field producer. Before he joined the media biz, CeFaan was with the U.S. Army Reserves.
