Baseball Players Underwear: MLB Rookie Class Hazing

Baseball Players Underwear. The hazing of rookie athletes in professional sports may be a silly tradition but it is fun, fun, fun. Okay, maybe its not fun for those being hazed but its fun for kibitzers like us who see photos like this:

mlb baseball players underwear - ny mets rookie class 2015

The photo, for those of you who don’t follow professional baseball, shows members of the New York Mets’ rookie class of 2015 walking around in their briefs underwear. The New York Daily News tells us more: “Noah Syndergaard walked around the Mets clubhouse Sunday evening looking for his hammer. The big right-hander is nicknamed Thor – and like other rookies he was given a set of Underoos to wear as part of the Mets rookie dress up. Syndergaard wore He-Man from Masters of the Universe, but did have Thor’s hammer as an accessory.”

Shohei Ohtani Endorsements and Brand Sponsorships

Shohei Ohtani Endorsements and Brand Sponsorships. Earlier, we mentioned that two-way baseball phenomenon Shohei Ohtani is a brand ambassador for Seiko Watch and when she read what we posted our Grandma Akita was like, “Are you sure that’s the only product he endorses?”

So we decided to go down the rabbit hole to make a list of the baseball great’s endorsement deal and this is what we came up with. So far, we came up with eight but there may be sponsorship deals out there we’ve yet to discover. We already mentioned his partnership with Seiko but here’s a photo of a billboard featuring our guy:

Gabe Kapler Speedo, Young, Shirtless, Workout Photos

Gabe Kapler Speedo, Young, Shirtless, Workout Photos. What’s our Speedo hottie Gabe Kapler doing now? It’s been more than a decade since we posted about our imaginary baseball boyfriend so we decided to decided to do an update. Did you know that he is a baseball manager now? Yep, our good lookin’ athlete — who retired as a baseball player in 2011 — continues to be very much involved in the game.

Currently, he is the manager of the San Francisco Giants and, prior to that, he served as the manager of the Philadelphia Phillies from 2018 to 2019.

At 46 years old, he remains, to quote our friend Deena, as “desire-inducing” as he was during his Speedo-wearing days as you can see in these more recent shirtless photos. Look at them sculpted abs!

Bryce Harper Shirtless, Underwear, Wedding, Family

Bryce Harper Shirtless, Underwear, Wedding, Family. Time for another hot baseball player and, in this instance, let’s blog about one of the cutest baseball players on Major League Baseball. We are referring, of course, to our ex-imaginary boyfriend Bryce Harper who currently plays for the Philadelphia Phillies.

Aside from being one of the cutest baseballers, Bryce is also one of the highest paid baseball players of the world after he inked a 13-year, $330 million contract with the Phillies. That’s a lot a moolah, its making us dizzy calculating the zeros. Haha.

Anyhoo, here are some shirtless and underwear photos of the 27-year-old slugger:

Baseball Players Turned Actors: A Hollywood List

Baseball Players Turned Actors. After writing about baseball player turned actor Syam Lafi, we wondered whether there are famous actors out there who were good at playing baseball. You know, good enough to make their high school or college varsity teams. Or, even better, to make it to the leagues either the minor ones or the big leagues.

Well, it turns out there are several baseball players turned actors. So we decided to do this list:

George Clooney. When he was 16 years old, he managed to land a tryout with the Cincinatti Reds but did not make it. Is he a good baseball player? Apparently. Here’s what he says about his playing skills (via The Enquirer): “I could catch anything. I was a great outfielder in high school. But I couldn’t throw well. I wanted to play pro baseball. I thought that would be it.”
