Tom Brokaw Young, Wife, Wedding, Awards. Did you know that TV media icon Tom Brokaw was some kind of a sports jock when he was in high school? As you can see in the photos below, he played basketball and football which to us who know nothing about sports, is the mark of “jockness”.

Oh, he was also not the studious type in college as he dropped out from the University of Iowa after he failed to keep up with his studies because he was more interested in beer and girls. He did eventually got himself a political science degree from the University of South Dakota.

David Yeomans Shirtless and Hot KXAN Meteorologist. Let us continue traveling the world checking out hot media guys and, this time, let us go to Texas where the dapper David Yeomans is paid to talk about the weather.

Ain’t that the coolest thing ever? Everybody talks about the weather but only the qualified few make money doing so.

For those of you not familiar with him, David is the meteorologist for KXAN-TV which is an NBC-affiliated station in Austin. He’s been with the station since July 2012 and has won two Emmy trophies for his work.

Jeff Ranieri Shirtless, Awards, Partner: NBC Bay Area. Let us continue blogging about hot media personalities and, this time, let us travel to San Francisco to check out Emmy Award-winning meteorologist Jeff Ranieri.

Jeff currently works as the chief meteorologist for KNTV 11 which is otherwise known as NBC Bay Area.

Did we say he’s got an Emmy Award? Yes, we did. Specifically, he and his colleagues bagged this trophy — which we still maintain is the most dangerous trophy in the biz with its spikes and all — for their continuing coverage of the North Bay Wildfires.
