Prince Harry Helicopter Pilot: He’s a Qualified Apache Commander

Prince Harry is An Apache Commander. We are just updating this post ten years later to note that, according to a BBC report in 2013, our favorite royal has passed his qualifying test to be an Apache helicopter commander.

More from the BBC: “Prince Harry has qualified as an Apache helicopter commander, the Ministry of Defence has announced. The qualification marks the culmination of three years of training, and means he can now take overall control of the helicopter on missions. The prince’s commanding officer said he passed with ‘flying colours’ and was now at the top of his profession.”

We know he’s had a falling out with the rest of his family and he’s now living in Los Angeles but here are photos of our prince doing piloty things. For the record, we are TEAM HARRY AND MEGAN here at Famewatcher.

Pete Buttigieg Hot in Uniform and in Suit and Tie

Pete Buttigieg Hot in Uniform, Suit, and Sweater. Today in Hot Men in Uniform, we bring you former presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg looking fly in his camo uniform. Pete, who served as Mayor of South Bend, Indiana from January 2012 to January 2020, is a veteran of the US Navy.

Politifact has the details on his military service: “Buttigieg joined the Navy Reserve in September 2009. He was a lead analyst tracking the flow of money to terrorist cells. Buttigieg did not see any combat, but he did take more than 90 trips outside secured military installations in Afghanistan. Buttigieg was honorably discharged in November 2017.”

Did you know that Hollywood great Paul Newman actually served in the U.S. Navy in World War II. According to fold3.com, he “served as an Aviation Radio Man with Torpedo Squadron Ninety Nine (VT-99) aboard USS Hollandia.” He was an Aviation Radio Man Third Class and was on active duty from January 1943 to April 1946.

It is a Halloween costume that will never go out of style. To borrow the words of our friend Koosi, it is one of those costumes that is classic but, at the same time, will forever be current. No wonder Hollywood celebrities, like singing superstar Christina Aguilera, dress as nurses when they want to bring the naughty.

Hot Sailor Halloween Costume: Celebrities as Naughty Sailors. When we first thought of writing about male celebrities wearing sailor costumes during Halloween, we predicted that it would be an easy task. It wasn’t hard for us to find female celebrities dressing up as naughty nurses so we thought it would be no challenge to do the same for famous men dressed up as sailors while, you know, they go trick-or-treating or attending costume parties on All Hallow’s Eve. Sadly, it turns out that the guys are not into that sailor costume thing. Fortunately, the girls are more into it. So let’s check out these adventurous girls, shall we?
