Alexander Ludwig Shirtless, Beard, Wife, Wedding. Wow! Did you know our imaginary Canadian beau tied the knot early this year? Alexander shared the news on Instagram (follow him @alexanderludwig) when he posted these photos last January 4 announcing his wedding to marketing manager Lauren Dear.

Apparently, they eloped to go get married too which, to us, actually sounds very romantic. The actor tells us why they opted for the elopement route: “We decided to elope. It has been such a crazy year but it certainly put things into perspective. Life is too short And i didnt want to spend another day without calling this beautiful woman my wife. Of course when things settle down we will have a proper celebration with our friends and family but for now- the love of my life, our dog yam, a yurt on a mountain top in the middle of nowhere sounded like the perfect beginning.”

Awwww! They sure look good together, don’t they? Belated congratulations, you two.

Our hunk, who we first saw as a hot but mean character on The Hunger Games, sure has grown up ain’t he? We like him without facial hair but he actually still looks good when he’s got them.

Is Alexander Ludwig Gay or Straight? (12 June 2013). Is our favorite up-and-coming celebrity, Alexander Ludwig of The Hunger Games, by any chance gay? We ask because…. pink pants!!!! Haha.

Yeah, we’re being silly. Our stupid brain is wired to associate pinky colors with girls so if we see a guy in pink pants and the silly part of our brain goes, “Hey, there’s a guy in pink pants, he must be a friend of Dorothy!”

Thankfully, the rational part of our brain kicks in afterwards and goes, “Oh come on. Just because a man is wearing pink shorts is not a proof of gheyness. If anything, its proof that he is so comfortable in his straightness such that he doesn’t mind wearing pink pants even if people think he is a part of the LGBT rainbow.”

Anyhoo, for the record, the actor is in a relationship with actress Nicole Pedra. He reportedly also dated Annasophia Robb (who was his co-star in Race to Witch Mountain) and Leven Rambin (who was his co-star in The Hunger Games.

Seriously, fellow Famewatchers, who among you cried a tear when Cato (Alexander’s character in The Hunger Games) fell from the cornucopia to be attacked and mauled by angry muttations. Good thing this young Canadian hunk will be starring in a 2013 movie, Grown Ups 2, alongside Adam Sandler, Salma Hayek, and Taylor Lautner.

Our fangirl wish for Grown Ups 2? That both Taylor and Alexander will be shirtless so we will decide who between the two tween idols have the best washboard abs. We know the Twilight star usually goes to the gym to be in shape but Alex is no slouch either. Check out his in-form washboard abs as proof.
