Vanessa Bryant Plastic Surgery: Nose Job? Did Vanessa Bryant have plastic surgery to improve her nose? A cosmetic surgeon by the name of Dr Anthony Youn suggests that she had rhinoplasty and that her lips appear to have been enhanced ‘possibly from an injectable filler like Juvederm.’ Angelina Jolie’s bee-stung lips are apparently still very “in” these days, no?

Anyhoo, Dr. Youn — who, it must be underscored, came up with his “conclusions” by looking at photos and not through any actual physical examination of Vanessa — was quoted by the National Enquirer as saying:

‘Vanessa appears to have undergone some plastic surgery. Her nose is thin with what appears to be scars at the base of each nostril. In some people, this is a telltale sign of a nose job.’

Here are some photos which purportedly show the before and after differences following some Vanessa Bryant plastic surgery.

The Enquirer went on to quote a source which supposedly told them that the 30-year-old dancer-turned-basketball WAG has decided to have cosmetic surgical enhancements to, in the words of the Daily Mail, “keep her husband from straying”. Says the source (who may or may not be reliable because you know what gossip mags and their unnamed and therefore questionable sources are like):

‘The sad thing is that Vanessa is wrecking her natural beauty. She started freaking out over a few crow’s feet, and the next thing you know she was getting a full facial makeover… she is extremely insecure. She’d do anything to keep Kobe happy.’

Yadda. Yadda. Yadda. Who knows whether the source of the quote is reliable or not but we do agree that Vanessa is a natural beauty.

Not unexpectedly, a representative from Vanessa — oh wait, we forgot to mention that her husband is basketball superstar Kobe Bryant — denied the rumors that she had cosmetic surgery to keep her husband.

In this instance, we are going to say that we find National Enquirer less believable just because …
