Danny is in the news these days because he signed up to dance in the current season of Strictly Come Dancing. He is paired with pro dancer Oti Mabuse.

Danny and Oti are one of the favorites to win the Strictly trophy. After the first week of the competition, the two are on top of the leaderboard (second out of 15 pairs) having received 31 points (out of 40) from the judges.
