Megan Fox Plastic Surgery Before and After Photos. Today in female celebrity plastic surgery, we bring you this photo of Megan Fox, aka Vinegar Slimming Diet Girl, with fiance Brian Austin Green at the Toyota Celebrity Pro Race (Long Beach Grand Prix). As Megan is kinda looking weird (what’s with the puffed up chin?), online speculations that she is having some “dental work” done to cosmetically enhance her face (Lord knows why?) are cropping up once again.

Serena Williams Plastic Surgery: Nose Job – Before and After? Did tennis star Serena Williams have a nose job? The Daily Mail has these photos of Serena and suggests that the multi-Grand Slam winner may have had some cosmetic or plastic surgery to improve her nose.

To be sure, Serena seems like she’s got a smaller and more pointed nose in the photo below (supposedly the “After Surgery” photo) but, to us, it looks like its more the effect of make-up and lighting. Celebrities With Breast Implants. So, former Glee star Naya Rivera released a book which, among other things, talks about her breast implant. What’s she saying about it? Well, she says its one of the best expenses she ever incurred. Here’s the quote: “People have a lot of opinions about plastic surgery, but more than 10 years after I got my boobs, they still make me happy when I look in the mirror.
