There’s a new season of Dancing With the Stars (DWTS) and, of course, yours truly will be watching the show not only because we love us some Tristan MacManus but also because we love us our Victor Ortiz. The Mexican-American boxing champ is one of 11 stars competing and we’re looking forward to watching him shake his booty. Hehe.

Athletes usually win the show but our friend Kevin isn’t optimistic that Victor will be victorious and end up with the disco ball trophy. Why not? Kevin says its because Victor is partnered with a newbie, Lindsay Arnold, who is appearing on DWTS for the very first time. Do you agree with Kevin? He sure has a point, no?

By the way, did you know that our pro boxer is also an underwear model? Okay, it’s a one time thing so he was an underwear model. In 2011, he modeled for the underwear site freshpair.com and these are some of the pics from said modeling gig.

Can anyone of you identify the brand of the red underwear he is wearing below? We’ve been squinting our eyes with the hope we’d ID it but we can’t. Looks like SMART or SQUIRT or whatever it is that ends with a T.

Does Victor have a girlfriend? In 2011, he dated a gal named Alexa Garland but they are, apparently, no longer seeing each other. Here’s the ex-couple attending an event at the MGM Grand.

In 2012, the gossip mongers are saying that our Latino boxer is dating another gal named Draya Michele. Maybe there’s truth to it because they sure look like they’re “familiar” with each other in the pic below.

Who is Draya, you ask? Apparently, she is an actress/model who stars in the Basketball Wives LA reality show which focuses on a “group of women who have all been somehow romantically linked to professional basketball players”. Do you happen to know the basketball star linked to Draya? If you do, do tell in the comments because we are clueless as to who the guy is.
