Today in Hot Men in Jeans, we bring you the hunky hunk of a man that is Robert Scott Wilson who made waves a decade ago when he became the first-ever male model on The Price is Right. Somehow, he’s managed to turn that headline-grabbing gig into a legit acting career in Hollywood, the US of A. Yay.
Specifically, for those of you who do not know, Robert plays Alex Kiriakis, one of the main characters on the soap opera Days of Our Lives (DOOL). Interestingly, he actually also played a different character (Ben Weston) on the show. He must have impressed the showrunners so much that they asked him to also play Alex.

By the by, our Robert has yet to win an Emmy but he’s got two Soap Hub Awards to his name, he’s been twice picked by fans as the “Favorite Days of Our Lives Actor” for both 2020 and 2021.

Now, the pic below is actually what prompted us to write this post. We came across the photo while writing our post about Paul Telfer and we’re like, “Hmmm, this guy looks familiar but we can’t place his name.” But we did realize later that he’s the Price is Right dude.
In an interview with deluxeversionmagazine.com, here’s what Robert says about working in Days of Our Lives: “I started on Days of Our Lives in 2014 for four years on contract. Then I did some costar and guest appearances and came back full time in 2018. It’s great to have my contract and the luxury to work other opportunities as they fit in. I can still be creatively fulfilled and consistently working. My career grounded me and changed my life. Work ethic is needed to pursue anything you want in life. You have to be consistent and persistent. You have to really want it and follow through. Passion is what will progress you to new heights.
