Hot Real Estate Agents in Your Area. Why don’t those calendar makers who brought us shirtless firefighters, sexy Dieux du Stade football stars, and German university hunks not produce a calendar featuring hot real estate agents/brokers? We think they are missing an opportunity because, there’s not a lack of really hunky and really sexy real estate agents. To make up for the lack of such a “Shirtless Real Estate Agents Calendar”, we’re bringing you this list of the hottest real estate agents. We begin with:

1. Sean Sullivan, San Francisco. Originally from Utah, Sean moved to San Francisco where he became a commercial real estate broker. He also does some modeling; he sure has the body (and the face) for it.

2. Christopher Austad. Before he became a real estate broker for Douglas Elliman in New York City, our gorgeous hunk did some modeling for the likes of Calvin Klein and Abercrombie and Fitch. He also appeared in the model’s edition of NBC’s Fear Factor and won the whole caboodle.

3. Jason Hoppy is a successful NYC-based real estate broker (and pharmaceutical sales rep) who was married to reality star Bethenny Frankel from 2010 to 2013. The two have a daughter.

4. Madison Hildebrand earns the distinction as the first (and, so far, the only) real estate agent to pose shirtless on the covers of Playgirl Magazine. He specializes in the luxury real estate market located in Malibu, California according to wikipedia and he was a cast member of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles from Seasons 1 to 6.

5. Fredrik Eklund. Originally from Sweden, Fredrik used to star in adult movies with M2M themes before he became a successful real estate agent in New York City. Like Madison above, he also stars in the Bravo reality show, Million Dollar Listing but for the NYC edition of the show.

6. Robert Gawel. Back in 1994 when Robert Gawel was a young hunk and before he became a realtor, he was featured as Mr. September in the Suncoast Calendar Men project. Years later, in 2011, he was named by the TBWS Daily Show as the USA’s Sexiest Male Realtor. Gawel is the owner of the Alexa Realty in Clearwater, Florida. 7. Jorge Pena is a male model and real estate agent in NYC who was featured in Tyra Banks’ former daily talk show.

8. Ryan Serhant. Texas native Ryan Serhant went to NYC to pursue his acting dreams. He wasn’t very successful at it so he tried his hand at real estate. Then he was picked by Bravo as a cast member of its popular reality show, Million Dollar Listings New York. So Ryan is likely going to be a star after all.
