Hot Military Girls in Uniform: Beauty Queen Jill Stevens. Turns out that British gal Katrina “Combat Barbie” Hodge isn’t the only female soldier who can rightly boast that she is also a beauty queen. Famewatchers, meet Sgt. Jill Stevens aka GI Jill, a combat medic with the Utah National Guard who served in Afghanistan and who was crowned as Miss Utah 2007. She represented her state in the Miss America pageant.

Wikipedia gives us more info on “GI Jill’s Miss America journey:”Possibly one of the most unusual adventures for Jill though, has been her unexpected experience in becoming Miss Utah 2007, and looking forward to her national competition in the Miss America Pageant in January 2008.”

Wikipedia has the details: “On January 26, 2008, Sgt Stevens was named the ‘America’s Choice’ semi-finalist in the Miss America 2008 pageant. This is the first time a 16th semi-finalist has been named in the competition, and the only semi-finalist to not be selected by the judges. Jill was eliminated after the swimsuit competition, along with five other semi-finalists. It is notable that she was the only contestant there to wear a one-piece. When her name was announced she dropped to the stage and started doing push-ups.”

Bessie Bardot: Australian Girl in Military Uniform (posted 03 October 2009). Australian socialite and television host Bessie Bardot appears to be enjoying herself playing dress-up in military uniform. Nice. These photos were taken when she visited the troops in Iraq. So you gotta give props to the girl who, like our favorite comic Kathy Griffin, is brave enough to visit a war zone.

But then again, what’s not to like about visiting a war zone if you’re going to be surrounded by hunky soldiers or beefy boys in military uniform. It would be a dream fulfilled for some actually.
