Why haven’t we heard of him before? Probably because he really ain’t in showbiz. And why didn’t pursue a career in the biz? Well, it’s because he decided to go to school instead. Dylan was a member of the class of 2013 at California Polytechnic State University’s San Luis Obispo campus, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. The hunk was definitely a stand-out student: his senior project called “Examining the California Film and Television Tax Credit Program” is prominently featured on the school’s website as “outstanding.”

He displayed his charitable side by visiting the young patients at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles on Friday. And Zac Efron, his younger brother Dylan and their pal, Olympic gold medal swimmer Connor Dwyer, turned up as Team Flow to compete in the Nautica Malibu Triathlon at Zuma Beach in Los Angeles County on Sunday. The trio helped raised funds for the hospital’s pediatric cancer center.
Clearly, the Efron brothers are sporty types which may be why Columbia Sportswear hired them as “gear testers”. Watch:
