Dario Yazbek Bernal Bi or Gay In Real Life, Shirtless, Girlfriend?. Anyone of you watching the Netflix show The House of Flowers or La casa de las flores? If you are a fan of dramedies or comedy dramas, you should go check it out because it has all the elements of a great fun show.

If we are gonna pick a favorite character on the show, it would probably be Paulina de la Mora who plays the oldest daughter and who has become an internet darling around the world because of her slow cadence when she is talking. Our second favorite would be Julián de la Mora, the only boy of the de la Mora siblings.

Played by the gorgeous curly-haired cutie that is Dario Yazbek Bernal, Julian is bisexual so his bedroom shenanigans on the show is something we do look forward to. Currently, he is in a relationship with the older Diego Olvera (played by Juan Pablo Medina) but who knows what our Julian will be up to in future seasons. Want more Hot Latino Men?

Now, here’s a fun fact that we just discovered while writing this post: Dario is actually the younger brother of one of our favorite actors, the very talented Gael Garcia Bernal. In a 2018 article on elsoldepuebla.com.mx, Dario reveals that he is close to his older bro. Quote: “Yes, we talk a lot, we are very close, but in professional terms each one has his own technique and each one has his own process in the art of cinematography.”

Now, is Dario bi in real life? Or is he straight? Well, the website actitudfem.com has done some reporting on precisely this issue: “The actor who played Julián de la Mora in La casa de las flores mentioned that as a result of his character many people began to question if he had any similarity to Julián, who is bisexual in the series.”

The report adds more details: “In this regard, Dario reported that he was recently eating with Juan Pablo Medina (who in the series is his partner) and a person approached them to ask if they were a couple in real life. To which they responded amused that no. Regarding his orientation, Dario said that it makes him laugh that many viewers do not distinguish a fictional character from real life.”

So there you have it, fellow curious Famewatchers, our Dario is just playing an LGBT character. And, we gotta say, he is really good at it.
