So, Deena and I were watching TV and a teaser (or is it a trailer?) for Yellowjackets played onscreen and she was like, “Oh, so this is the new Steven Krueger Sheila is talking about. She says he’s good in this and that he’s playing another gay role.”

Not being familiar with Steven’s ouevre we were like, “What do you mean? How often does he play one on screen?”

Deena was like, “Oh, just The Originals. But he and Colin Woodell were so popular among Tumblr girlies back when Tumblr was the go-to social media app. My most reposted GIF is the scene where JoshxAiden go kissy kissy. Hahaha. Back when social media was innocent and all.”

Below is the scene Deena is referring to but we ain’t gonna show the kiss scene for fear that Grandma Akita will smite us. The second image is from Yellowjackets where, indeed, he’s playing another LGBT role.

Steven Krueger Gay IRL? Girlfriend or Boyfriend. He is straight and is in a relationship with The Originals co-star Candice King. Wedding plans are afoot as the two got engaged early this year.
