Looks like he continues to do well in Hollywood. He is currently starring on a crime TV show called L.A.’s Finest which got renewed for a second season. Check it out on Spectrum TV.

It’s too bad that, like that Matt Long guy, this dude is married so we can’t make him our imaginary boyfriend. Le sigh! Our bad loss. He is so shaggadilic.

Anyhoo, Ryan is currently starring in the NBC hit, Chuck. He tells us how he got the part (via moviehole.net):

How did you get the gig on ”Chuck”?
I actually messed up on the audition and forgot some lines because I was pretty nervous but I laughed it off pretty well and I guess they knew that I was the guy so they were generous enough to just give me the part. By the way, that never happens, so I did feel like that was a little gift from the acting gods.

Gods must have been on your side that day! Is it a fun show to work on?
It’s honestly the most fun I’ve ever had. I don’t think you can really call it work (even though we put in some long hours) I’m very happy right now and hope we get to do this for a long time.

The character has really taken off. That must make you feel good?
I’m excited about what’s happening with Captain Awesome. I feel like the writers and the whole team are really in sync now and we’re starting to crank on all cylinders.

Ryan McPartlin Gay or Straight?. He is straight and very much married to wife Danielle Kirlin. Apparently, the two met while they were in college — the University of Illinois — and tied the knot in October 2002. Here’s a picture of the happy couple. They sure look good together, don’t they?

Ryan and Danielle are proud parents to two sons, Wyatt Duke and Dylan James.
