Jordan Patrick Smith Shirtless, Vikings Hunk, Girlfriend. Famewatchers, say hi to Jordan Patrick Smith, a 31-year-old actor who currently plays a henchman in the critically acclaimed HBO drama Lovecraft Country.

To date, the Scottish Australian actor has 10 acting credits to his name the most prominent of which is the historical drama Vikings where he played one of the main characters, Ubbe, from seasons 4 to 6.

Vikings was already a global hit when he auditioned for his role so he’s glad he snagged Ubbe. Here’s what the actor says about being a part of a hit TV show: “I grew up with Braveheart and any kid dreams of being in battle scenes like that. In one episode, I’m standing on a hill with 300 guys looking at 350 people shouting charge. I remember watching Braveheart and when Mel Gibson was standing giving the Freedom speech, you get all jacked up just watching it. So it’s unbelievable to be in a position where I can do something like that myself. It’s the realness that makes the show so special. It’s a bit of muck on the face, messy hair and armour that weighs a ton. A trainer kicked my ass for six weeks and I’m so much more fit and strong now.”

Aside from Lovecraft Country and Vikings, Jordan starred in the Australian soap opera Neighbours where he played the role of the cute and long-haired Andrew Robinson from 2009 to 2013. Here’s the actor sporting his boy-next-door good looks from his Neighbours days.
