Given how he oozes manly hotness in these photos, we’re surprised it took until last year before someone thought of hiring him as an underwear model. Still, better late than never no?

We still have to watch Altered Carbon but we discovered that our Swedish hottie stars on the Netflix series and that he goes shirtless like this on the show so we added it to our must watch list.

Joel Kinnaman, Hollywood Hunk. Is Joel the hottest Swedish actor in Hollywood right now? We can’t think of anyone else who’s career is currently blossoming in tinseltown. If you know anyone from Sweden who outshines him, do tell.

Aside from Altered Carbon, his other Hollywood projects include For All Mankind on AppleTV+, Hanna on Amazon Prime, and House of Cards which is another Netflix series. However, probably his biggest acting gig to date is playing the role of Rick Flag in the 2016 blockbuster movie Suicide Squad which made US$746 million in the global box office. He will be reprising the role in an upcoming sequel which is scheduled for release in August this year.

Onscreen, he will be playing an LGBT sports hero, Jerry Smith, who played in the NFL from 1965 to 1977. The project was announced only last year, and given the COVID pandemic, we aren’t quite sure when it will come to fruition. Still, we sure are looking forward to watching this movie whenever it is made.

While the Suicide Squad stars were promoting their 2016 movie, Will Smith claimed that he had love scenes with Joel which were unfortunately cut from the final product. It turned out however that Will was joking but wouldn’t it be cool to see these two bumping uglies. Haha.
