Admittedly, Forbes Magazine is not what it used to be — i.e., it doesn’t spell good reputation or prestige considering that it’s been naming charlatans and crooks in its list like Elizabeth Holmes, Charlie Javice, Sam Bankman-Fried, and Martin “Pharma Bro” Shkreli — but making it to the Hollywood list this early in his career is still an honor.

Anyhoo, here’s what Forbes says about Jabari: “Jabari Banks is a young actor and musician hailing from Philadelphia. Banks is best known for his role as Will Smith in Peacock’s Bel-Air, the re-imagined drama series based on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. The show aired its second season in February 2023 and was recently renewed for a third. His performance in the show has earned him nominations for Outstanding Actor in a Drama Series by the 2023 NAACP Image Awards and Best Actor by the 2022 BET awards.”

He hasn’t brought home a trophy but the guy is fairly new in the biz. Clearly, he’s talented so it is more a WHEN rather than an IF when it comes to him winning an award.
