Corey Knight Shirtless, Underwear, Girlfriend, We Are Who We Are. Let us continue blogging about the new stars of the HBO show We Are Who We Are and, this time, let’s check out Corey Knight, shall we?

On the show, Corey plays Craig Pratchett a soldier in his early 20s who is best friends with Danny Poythress who is played by Spence Moore II.

Like the other stars of the show we’ve already blogged about, Corey is relatively new in the acting business. In fact, We Are Who We Are is only his 4th acting gig and it will be the most prominent because he’s one of the main characters. Previously he appeared in an episode of the TVLand series Nobodies as well as in another episode of Godfather of Harlem on Epix.

Corey is a classically trained dancer according to an article by Alex Hawgood in the New York Times. More from said article: “A severe football injury in the eighth grade forced Mr. Knight to rethink the very idea of physical performance. At 14, he began competing in hip-hop dance competitions at Brooklyn churches, often taking home first place. ‘I didn’t drop it low, but there was a lot of popping and locking at the time,’ he said. His dance floor talents led him to classes at Moving Mountains, a community-based theater company in Brooklyn founded by the actor Jamie Hector.”
