Sure, it may get people’s attention but the outfit calls attention to itself but not to the woman wearing it. We won’t be surprised if the woman is not noticed at all. That’s not what fashion is about, right? This coat is just ugly. Reminds us of fireworks on New Years Eve. Haha.
