Let us continue blogging about international football stars and, this time, let’s check out Alexis Sanchez who’s considered as one of the greatest Chilean footballer of all time. He started playing professional soccer in 2005 when he signed up with the Chilean team C.D. Cobreloa when was only 18 years old. He currently plays for Olympique de Marseille in France. If that ain’t longevity, we don’t know what is.

Update: Apparently, JJO is his own label per British media which reported in 2018 that fans of Manchester United (the team he was with at the time) harassed him for Tweeting about his clothing brand after a lose.

Alexis Sanchez Awards and Achievements. During the course of his still ongoing football career, Alexis has won several individual awards which include Arsenal Player of the Season Award, PFA Team of the Year, PFA Fans’ Player of the Year, UEFA Champions League top assist provider, Copa América Golden Ball, and the FIFA Confederations Cup Silver Ball. He is also a member of the Chilean national team which won the Copa America in 2015 and when it won the following year in 2016.
