So, we were thinking of adding the shirtless photo to our update on retired German/Finn driver Nico Rosberg when our friend Deena went, “Eh, there’s too many shirtless pics in that post already. You should make a separate post of shirtless F1 drivers.”

So we followed her suggestion and she’s the one to thank if you like this post (or to blame if you don’t like it). Anyhoo, here’s our Nico looking at his F1 championship trophy.

Of course, shirtlessness among F1 racers ain’t just a thing that today’s drivers do. It’s been happening since, well, since the sport began. Here’s Stirling Moss with actor Steve McQueen. Moss, who sadly passed away in April this year, raced in the 1950s and has 16 wins to his name.

Austrian hunk Christian Klein goes for a shirtless run. He now races in the Blancpain GT Series but he competed in F1 from 2008 up to 2014.

Retired Italian F1 Giancarlo Fisichella aka Fisico or Giano or Fisi was active from 1996–2009 and has three wins as well as 19 podium appearances.

Blond cutie Heikki Kovalainen raced for for the Renault, McLaren, Team Lotus, and Lotus F1 from 2007 until he retired in 2013. He bagged one title and made it to the podium four other times.

Charles Leclerc, still only 22 years old, has years of racing ahead of him. The Monaco native currently drives for Scuderia Ferrari.

Like Charles, British F1 driver George Russell is also a youngling at 22 years old. He is currently with Williams Racing.

Brazilian racing driver Ayrton Senna is a three time Formula One world champ having won the Championships in 1988, 1990, and 1991. According to wikipedia, he is “widely regarded as one of the greatest Formula One drivers of all time.”

Now, is there a title for a shirtless F1 runner because Ayrton should win one too. Want more Hot F1 Drivers?

A Reddit favorite, James Hunt won the Formula One World Championship in 1976. In addition, he bagged ten other titles and made 23 podium appearances.
