French Canadian Male Models. Who is the most famous French Canadian male model these days? We gotta give the title to Montreal-born Gabriel Aubry. In fact, he’s not only the most famous French Canadian male model, he is one of the most famous male models in the WORLD!
There are models, models, and models but there are only a very few Supermodels. We, of course, agree with models.com when it noted that Gabriel Aubry is one of the last bonafide male Supermodels. He has earned a place as an icon in the male modeling world but still remains among the top-earning models. Check out Aubry’s earlier modeling photos.

Another French Canadian male model from Montreal, Quebec is Eric Belanger. Do not confuse him with the pro hockey player of the same name who comes from Sherbrooke, Quebec and who currently plays for the Edmonton Oilers. Here’s a video of Eric, the model, talking about his modeling career.
He’s hunky, eh? Here’s Eric looking delectable in his white skinny trousers (photo by Rick Day).

Third in our group of French Canadian male models is Thierry Loriot who was discovered by a fashion journalist during a hotel opening in his native Quebec City. Thierry has modeled for the likes of Ermenigildo Zegna, Windsor, Diesel, Armani Exchange, and many more.
Next up is Thomas Beaudoin who began his modeling career in a small fashion show in Drummondville, Québec. He went on to conquer the bigger cities such as Montreal, New York City, Los Angeles and other parts of the world. Here’s a pic of Thomas’ early modeling photos.

Sixth in our list of French Canadian male models is Thierry Pepin who comes from, in his own words, “a little town called St. André in d’Argenteuil, an hour or so from Montréal”. He has modeled for the likes of Polo Jeans, Ralph Lauren, Armani, Greg Homme, and Lauder perfume.

Next in our list is Francis Cadieux who hails from Trois-Rivieres, Quebec. His modeling career includes ad campaigns for Bauhaus jeans, Hugo Boss, Puma, Kenneth Cole, Mey bodywear, Due Jewels, and Browns Shoes to name a few. Here’s Francis in a pair of Calvin Klein boxer briefs.
He is still awesome hawt even when he’s covered up, eh?
Before he became a badass professional wrestler, Sylvain Grenier of Montreal (born in Varennes, Québec) was a gorgeous male model. Here’s one of his modeling photos which, for some reason, reminds us of James Dean and Old Hollywood.
An up-and-coming French Canadian model that we should watch out for is the gorgeous Mathieu Laprise. Check him out in this photo by Robert Ferron. Hot damn! How perfect is he? Is he the next Gabriel Aubry in the male modeling world?
Last but not the least in our list of French Canadian models is Trystan Bull. We’re not sure if that is his real name but this gorgeous hunk of a man was discovered dancing in a Montreal nightclub. Unlike the guys above, Trystan’s modeling is non-traditional and is geared for the, to use the words of our friend Kevin, “adult entertainment crowd”.
That’s it for now, fellow Modelwatchers. So which of the above French Canadian male models is your favorite? We will update this post (or do a Part II) if we come across more French Canadian model hunks.
