Brad Benedict Shirtless, Underwear, Girlfriend: The Oval Hunk. Who’s the cute guy posing in his jeans with his underwear waistband giving us a peekabo look? His name, fellow Famewatcher, is Brad Benedict. He is an actor who stars in the Tyler Perry show The Oval. Season one ended last month but expect to see more of Brad because the show was renewed for a second season after it nabbed pretty damn good ratings on BET.

On The Oval the 34 year old actor plays Kyle Flint, a secret service agent who was in a relationship with the Chief of Staff Donald Winthrop (played by Lodric D. Collins). They rekindle their relationship in the White House.

Is Brad a friend of Dorothy in real life? Nah, it may look like it because he’s got sculpted six pack abs and all and he seems to have a love for bending (hehe) but the guy is straight.

If you are wondering how our guy stays fit, here’s what he told Naluda Magazine in an interview last October 2016:

First of all, I love fitness and would probably go crazy if I couldn’t workout. It always seems to clear my head and bring positive vibes when I am going a little mad. Since 2011 I have been very into CrossFit. I even got a training certification and was coaching CrossFit classes as a side gig for several years. I love the class environment and the overall sense of community and encouragement. I also love the intensity and functional movement aspects of CrossFit type training. It fulfilled my competitive drive that I had been missing out on since my competitive tennis days. Lately, however, I have been mixing it up a lot more and been doing some cycling, more traditional weight lifting, hikes and even the occasional Krav Maga class. I’d love to explore yoga soon.
