Richard Hadfield Weight Loss. Today in celebrity weight loss and in male celebrity underwear, we are bringing you Richard Hadfield looking gorgeous and totally effable in his boxer shorts underwear. Hot damn! Who wouldn’t want to do the horizontal dance with this one?
You know what he looked like before he decided to get in shape? Well, here you go, it’s Richard as a fattie.
For those of you wondering, Richard is a British opera singer who was a member of the group Collabro which won Britain’s Got Talent in 2014. He revealed a few months ago that he quit the group because of his differences with other band members.
Richard Hadfield Weight Loss. So how did the former fattie transform himself into a very effable hunky? The answer is as simple as counting from one to ten: he went to the gym and watched what he ate. He also apparently took in some supplements but we are not really fans of supplements so we are not gonna mention the brand. Hehe.
Anyhoo, here’s what Richard is saying about what prompted him to loss weight:
My weight sky rocketed up to 18st 3lbs and I was clinically obese with 30 per cent body fat. I started being known as the ‘fat one’ in the band. It really hit me hard. I was embarrassed about my weight but I was in a really bad environment professionally and couldn’t stop eating.
And so he decided to embark on a weight loss journey. He lost 3 stone and 11 pounds in just four months. A “stone” for those of you wondering is equivalent to 14 lbs according to Google. So our Richard was able to shed a grand total of 53 pounds after he quit Collabro.
This is what a 50+ pound weight loss looks like.
More details about the Richard Hadfield weight loss workout from the man himself:
I stopped the self pity and took my frustration out in the gym. I have gone from obese to athlete in four months and lost the weight of a small child. I would go to the gym to do weighted resistance work three times a week and then every other day I would do a 12 minute HIIT work-out.
So many people think you need to run on the treadmill for hours on end but it’s just not the case. HIIT is a really easy way to get your cardio in and burn a crazy amount of calories!
And here’s how he changed his eating habits:
I began a food diary and a key part of my weight loss regime was meal replacement drinks. I would swap breakfast and lunch for one of the shakes most days. I got all the nutrients I needed and it really accelerated my weight loss. Dieting is hard and using the right products can give you a daily pick-me-up and make life a lot easier, especially on really busy days.
My body fat is now down to 12 per cent. I am continuing to use Shake It Slim but I am just swapping one meal a day instead of two now that I am at my ideal weight. This will enable me to control my weight and make sure it won’t yo-yo again.
In conclusion, let us end this post with a closer look at Richard’s now buff body, shall we?
