He is reportedly the reigning Mr. Philippines 2009 according to the following news report: “Ceasar Lokines of Benguet Province beat some of the best bodybuilders in the country today as he bagged the overall title in the Mr. and Ms. Workout Philippines 2009 Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships last Sunday at the Midtwon Hotel. Lokines, winner in the Medium Class, pocketed P20,000 for his victory in this prestigous event.”
