He adds: “Not that I personally want to be engaging in g*y s*x, but…I wish more people, especially straight men, would wake up and realize that g*y people are here on this planet to almost educate and teach and give humanity a spice of fun and enlightenment and joy.”

Apart from being open and not being embarrassed to strip for money in front of his fans, our British actor is also not ashamed to pose for Playgirl Magazine. Rumor has it that these photos — the unsanitized ones, that is — cost Marcus a lucrative acting gig with the long-running day time soap opera, Days of Our Lives (or DOOL if you are Joey Tribbiani).

Soap Central reports on Marcus’ firing: “Less than a year after joining Days of our Lives, newcomer Marcus Patrick (Jett Carver) has been let go by the NBC soap. The decision to axe Patrick comes just a few months after the actor appeared in a risqué photo spread. However a show spokesperson insists that the photos had nothing to do with why Patrick was let go.”

The DOOL powers-that-be can issue denials all they want but if it talks like a duck and quacks like a duck … it follows that Marcus’ firing is linked to his naughty modeling photos.

So what’s keeping our Marcus busy these days? Does he have a girlfriend? Is he married?

According to IMDB, the British actor has two projects lined up. One is a horror movie called Thirst of the Ancients while the other one is a sci-fi, Under the Dark, which just wrapped up production.
