Deadpool Leather Suit. Where can you buy the Deadpool leather suit that Ryan Reynolds wore in the movie version of the comic book story? We’re afraid you can’t buy a “genuine” one because this is specifically made by costume designer Angus Strathie for the movie but there might be enterprising guys out there who make costume replicas.
Geek that he is, Ryan Reynolds reportedly cried the first time he saw his Deadpool costume because he loved it so much. Here’s what he told comicbook.com:
When we finally saw that suit, fully done, finished and completed … both [director] Tim Miller and I wept. I’m not even exaggerating, we wept in Simi Valley, California, in some warehouse where some guy makes all these crazy suits and had this one under a spotlight. We walked in and we wept. Tears coming down our cheeks. It felt so good.
Here’s a good kind of fun: imagine Ryan with tears coming down his cheeks because of freakin’ costume. Hehe. That’s why we love the guy.
Anyhoo, although we cannot direct you to where you can buy a Deadpool leather suit because there ain’t any, we can help you find some of the clothes and outfits worn by the Deadpool characters in the movie. Like this pair of Crocs which you can buy in any department store or outlet:
The hoodie seen on Deadpool in the next image below is a Rick Owens DRKSHDW Cyclops Jason’s Hoodie from the designer label’s Spring/Summer 2016 collection.
Meanwhile, the Negasonic Teenage Warhead (played by Brianna Hildebrand) is wearing a mostly hidden James Perse Vintage Fleece Long Sleeve Hoodie in the next image below.
For his part, Weasel (played by T.J. Miller) is wearing an Adidas Originals 83 Europa Track Jacket which is, sadly, currently not available on the adidas website.
Here’s another pic of Deadpool/Wade Wilson wearing his Rick Owens DRKSHDW hoodie which you can buy for a very pricey tag of $772.
So that’s it for now fellow DeadpoolWatchers!
