Famewatchers, meet this hunky male model from Bratislava of the Slovak Republic, Matus Valent. Matus, who’s now based in California, was a member of the Slovak volleyball national team. His interest in sports and fitness obviously influenced his career choices as he’s got a University Masters Degree in Physical Education and Sports Management. Who says education does not give you good muscle definition, eh?
Matus stands 6′2″ and weighs 200-205 lbs.

I agree,But my advice is to do some sort of cardio for at least 30 minutes
Also, in order to lose at least a pound, you have to exercise daily over the course of a week.
But why is it so difficult for most people to get a six pack?
