Effect of Pink Lights: Visible Pimples

OMG. Did you know that pink lights highlight your pimples? We never heard of this before but apparently it does. So some really creative residents of Layton Burroughs Residents’ Association in Mansfield have installed pink lights that show up teenagers’ spots in a move to stop them gathering in the area and causing trouble.

What do the pink lights do exactly? Well they have a calming influence but they will also highlight skin blemishes which would embarrass pimply teenagers.

Says association chairman Tony Gelsthorpe:

“We’ve had problems with underage drinking, drug dealing, anti-social behaviour and general intimidation. I was a little bit dubious about the pink lights at first but it’s done the trick. We’ve got to think of our residents and we’ve got to live here at the end of the day.”

So if you’re at a loss on how to deal with rowdy teeners, you can always threaten them with pink lights.
