Wondering who A-Rod was referring to as his cousin during his press conference? Well, the ESPN guys tracked down this mystery cousin and identified him as Yuri Sucart.
An ESPN Deportes producer talked to Sucart’s wife, who confirmed that her husband is the relative to whom Rodriguez was referring in his Tuesday press conference.
The ESPN crew knocked on the door of Sucart’s home, but no one answered. The producer then phoned the home and his wife, Carmen, answered.
“I told you my husband has nothing to say,” Carmen told the producer. “What A-Rod said at the press conference is what happened and that is all. And if you want to talk to my husband, why don’t you talk to his lawyer?” [NY Post]
