Pinoy Dream Academy Scholar RJ Jimenez is all set to make his music heard all over the world as he finally comes out with his debut album titled RJ JMNZ under Star Records.
“Marami na ang nabago sa akin since PDA and hanggang ngayon utang na loob ko sa kanila lahat. Malaki rin ang pasasalamat ko sa Star Records for giving me the chance na iparating ang musika ko sa maraming tao,” RJ said.
Known for his breakthrough hit single “Miss Kita Pag Tuesday,” this 24-year old singer-songwriter unleashes his musical prowess once more in this 13-tracked CD with easy listening, chill-out songs perfect for people from various walks of life.
“May mga songs na masaya, malungkot, ma emote, whimsical, malaro, at kung ano-ano pa. I want to touch as much audience as possible by giving them songs they can relate to,” explained RJ.
Featured in the album are songs such as “Sa Wakas” and “It’s All About Your Love” – songs RJ described as simple yet implies such strong meanings.
“Simple lang ang album na ito pero galing po sa puso lahat ng kanta. Kung baga sapul sa damdamin ang mensahe ng bawat kanta. Talagang mapapasabay kayo sa lyrics ng mga songs dito,” RJ added.
His song “Superstar” of the same album already reached the number one spot in 101.9 For Life’s hit charts. It is also continuing to climb charts of other radio stations.
“Sana po suportahan niyo ako rito dahil para po sa inyo lahat ng awitin dito.” he said.
