Is this the best cell phone in the world or what? Imelda Marcos or the woman with thousands and thousands of shoes will be very happy to buy a cell phone like this. Why? Because it draws attention to her shoes, that’s why.

For practical purposes though, my friend says that this kind of cell phone is good only if you are jogging around. It’s hard not to agree with her. Methinks it’s also best to put your cell phone inside your pocket rather than strapping it to your foot like that.
